This repository is an active research archive, not the current claim ceiling of the program.
Earlier papers and code remain public because the research process itself is part of the record: the insights, errors, revisions, audits, and failures are central to the work. Some older claims have been revised, retired, quarantined, or reclassified under the program’s current Determinacy-governed review process.
The current public framing is maintained through Lucerna Veritas. GitHub serves as a preservation and reproducibility layer.
In short:
The Coherence Research Collaboration began as an exploratory human–AI research program investigating recursive geometry, electromagnetic structure, atomic spectra, and physical constants.
The program has since matured into a more disciplined research framework centered on Determinacy Under Quotient Representations: the principle that a scalar claim is admissible only when the declared representation determines it, or when the additional closure structure is explicitly named.
This shift does not erase the earlier work. It contextualizes it.
The earlier papers are retained because they document:

The Determinacy paper is under major revision.
The current revision treats the determinacy criterion as a classical but under-enforced audit discipline. It develops the post-quotient repertoire: set-valued description, extremal control, declared scalar closure, representation refinement, and refusal.
The new version also incorporates boundary examples, including a case where the framework diagnoses a false positive in the authors’ own prior work.
Thread Frame is being developed as a levels-first spectroscopic audit instrument.
Its purpose is not to prove that selected spectral lines are physically special. Its purpose is to provide a reproducible representation of atomic level structure, photon realization, closure residuals, catalog consistency, and candidate queues for further review.
Current development emphasizes provenance, null comparisons, covariance awareness, observed-channel cycle closure, and responsible use of NIST atomic data.
The program retains a conservative synthesis around the relation between the fine-structure constant and electromagnetic impedance.
Current framing distinguishes identities, readings, pedagogical syntheses, and physical claims. The emphasis is no longer “derivation of constants,” but disciplined representation: what is exact by construction, what is interpretive, what is inherited from established physics, and what requires further review.
The program’s research history is now itself a case study in human–AI collaboration.
The archive documents a rare full arc: exploratory discovery, overclaim, audit, burial, salvage, revision, and protocol design. This supports future work on multi-instance AI review, correlated-prior failure, admission gates, citation debt, quarantine discipline, and external human review.
These papers are preserved as dated research releases. Status notes will continue to be synchronized with Lucerna Veritas.
